Project Partners

Seven oragnisations from Bulgaria, Germany, Estonia, Italy, Hungary and Cyprus contribute to the project upgrade2uerope.

emcra is lead partner and consortium leader and responsible for the management of the project.

Below you can find short descriptions of the partner organisations.

European Center for Quality Ltd. (ECQ)

The European Center for Quality Ltd. (ECQ) gives highly professional consultancy help to its clients thanks to its qualified and experienced employees and using the rich international experience and know-how of its partners. ECQ's mission is to turn the business ideas of their clients into good project-proposals and to manage the approved projects in a way that guarantees their successful realisation. 

Technical University of Tallinn (TalTech)

Founded in 1918, the Technical University of Talinn (TalTech) is the sole technological university in Estonia. It is also the most international university in Estonia. TalTech is a research-based university offering Bachelor's, Master's and Doctorate degrees in technology, applied science, IT, business and maritime studies. Renewed study programmes that target the needs of the labour market make TalTech graduates the expected experts.

EU-Fundraising Association e. V. (EUFA)

The EU-Fundraising Association e.V. (EUFA) is a European-wide network of people, organisations and companies that are active in the field of national and European public funding and project management. As a professional association, the EU Fundraising Association establishes quality standards for EU fundraisers, financial managers and project managers from the profit and non-profit sector.

Promozione Internazionale Sicilia-Mondo (PRISM)

Promozione Internazionale Sicilia-Mondo (PRISM) is a co-planning hub, open to public and private actors, for the elaboration of tailored development strategies and interventions, aimed at valorising diversity and sharing the social, cultural and economic resources of local communities, from an international perspective.

Hungarian Chamber of Commerce of Csongrád County Szeged (CSMKIK)

The Chamber of Commerce of Csongrád County Szeged (CSMKIK) in southern Hungary covers 1,500 member organisations in the areas of trade, industry and services. The Chamber coordinates inter alia qualifying continuing education for its members. The Chamber of Commerce took over the coordination of the dissemination of the project results.

Cyprus Project Management Society (CPMS)

The Cyprus Project Management Society (CPMS) is a non-governmental organisation from Cyprus, which promotes the implementation of project management’s international standards and techniques. Furthermore, the CPMS participates together with other international organisations in the research on project management.
