The project is funded by the programm Erasmus+ (Strategic Partnership) and lasts from October 2019 till September 2021. The GRCEssentials consortium consists of 7 partners from 5 EU countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Germany and Hungary.

Four intellectual outputs will be developed within the project:  GRCEssentials Curriculum, GRCEssentials Learning platform, GRCEssentials Certification and GRCEssentials Work-based methodology.

GRCEssentails Curriculum: The curriculum amalgamates the concepts of Governance, Risk management and Compliance into one concept. It is based on 5 learning chapters on Corporate Governance & Organizational Effectiveness, Project Governance, Data Governance, Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance.

GRCEssentials Learning platform: The Online Learning Platform offers unlimited access to all training courses.

GRCEssentials Certification: If you have successfully completed the online training, you can apply for the Online GRCEssentials Certification.

GRCEssentials Work-based methodology: This is a comprehensive guide for trainings at the workplace. SME managers and consultants can use the GRCEssentials Work-based methodology to effectively pass the knowledge from the GRCEssentials training course to other work-members. VET providers / trainers can organise GRCEssentials courses using the GRCEssentials Work-based methodology for new employees.

The GRCEssentials project that introduced a modern management system among small, micro- and medium-sized enterprises and organisations, crossed its finish line at the end of December 2021.

The main objective of the GRCEssentials project was to amalgamate, adapt and extend the concepts of Governance, Risk management and Compliance (GRC) into one concept that will be easy for SMEs, SMOs, and microenterprises to implement in their business and work environment… and we very successfully did just that!
